Hiking trails Bike path FishingOur small holiday home is located in a quiet area of AUDIERNE, a charming little port in SOUTH FINISTÈRE near POINTE DU RAZ, the town center is accessible on foot at 300 m, the sea at 1000 m, the large beach is at 2.5 km.
For your comfort, the beds will be made on your arrival, the house with an area of 42 m², is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven, 4 gas burners, small shower room recently redone, with shower, vanity unit and WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, the smallest, rather sleeping area but still well separated with door and skylight, with 80 cm wide bunk beds.
The wooden terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as the garden are facing SOUTH.
Ideal for up to 5 people.
Regarding the location for your vehicle in the street, knowing that this street only deserts the inhabitants.

"vacances agréables à 1km du centre"
jolie maison au calme à seulement 1 km de la mer à pieds avec terrain fermé, idéal pour les animaux. Je la conseillerai facilement à des amis sans problème, beaucoup de sites à visiter dans un rayon limité.
