A small chalet very well located in the heart of the Mont-Blanc valley (near supermarkets and a very pleasant lake, 3 km from the thermal baths of Saint-Gervais, close to Megève and only 30 minutes from Chamonix) . Ideal for hiking and skiing.
Close to Switzerland and Italy.
Cinema with 8 screens and bowling at 2 km.

This place is also very well served by transport (motorway exit and nearby SNCF station).
