Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 300 Bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges. If the arrival is after hours, the guests has to send an email with a photo ID copy and credit card to the property prior to the arrival.

Check in Start: 2pm to 9pm. After hours check in guest must contact the hotel before 9pm.

All bookings are non refundable however, Upon cancellation of a reservation, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price of accommodation, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested please note if your cancellation is beyond your control, such as flights, holiday cancellations etc (eg. circumstances beyond your control, the hotel reserves the right to either refund or give you a credit for 6 months depending on availability.)

Parking is free, however please note that the property charges a Facility Fee AUD 20 per day. Please note we charge $20 cleaning fee per stay.
