You will stay in an authentic 18th century Lauragaise building. Exceptional location on 1 ha of greenery with many shaded green spaces. You will appreciate the calm of the countryside while being close to all amenities (motorways, shops, train station)

You will share the living spaces with the tenants of the second bedroom:

1) a large library floor: sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, household appliances (filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer), ironing board and iron (this very bulky room is not heated in winter but an infrared in front of the table allows meals to be warm)

2) a toilet block which brings together in one and the same place: shower cubicle, WC, sink/washbasin, extractor hood, basic household products, 2 ceramic hobs, crockery (pans, saucepans, plates, glasses and kitchen utensils, kitchen). This is not a "real" kitchen, but conveniences allowing you to cook quickly.

You will have access to the garden area common to all rentals (hammock, table and chairs, relax, barbecue). You will have access to the pool table in the common room on the ground floor.

Quick access in 10 min to the A 66 and A 61 motorway entrances linking Toulouse, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Foix, Bordeaux...

Deposit of €400 not cashed (cheque) + balance of the stay to be paid before the keys are handed over when entering the premises.
For monthly rentals, the rents are to be paid before the 5th of the month.
