The detached house, with an enclosed garden of 500 m², is composed of:
- entrance with cloakroom
- bathroom with shower 90x90
- Separate WC
- bedroom with a 160x200 bed with dressing room
- bedroom with two 90x200 beds with storage units
- living room with Smart TV, table + 4 chairs, leather sofa, pouf, board games, books
- independent fitted kitchen including: fridge + ventilated cold freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, blender and everything you need for cooking
- basement with washing machine and storage of garden equipment
- garden with BBQ, garden furniture, 2 sunbeds
