Ideally located between Florence and Siena, on the borders of the Tuscan countryside, the Cerbaia estate overlooks a vast panorama of vineyards and olive groves.
Located on the garden level, Oleandro allows two people to enjoy the large terrace decorated with citrus fruits and overlooking the valley. It includes a bedroom with bathroom (shower) and a living room. The separate kitchen is equipped. This cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed.
45 m², sleeps two, WiFi internet, central heating, kitchen equipment: electric hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer. A washing machine is available. Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided.

Take the raccordo Firenze-Siena (exit “IMPRUNETA” when you are on the highway to Rome)
Then exit “San Donato” and take the direction of Tavarnelle V.-P.
Just before Tavarnelle there is a petrol station ERG-TOTAL on the right. Take the first street on the left after this petrol station (the street, quite small, is going up. You will see indications as « Castello Nero » and « Tignano ») – before the roundabout.
After Tignano stay on your left (strada della Chiara) in direction of Cortine.
800 metres after, before a small stone bridge, you will find the indication « AZ. AGR. CERBAIA » where begins the track to the Fattoria (700 metres).
