This independent gîte faces east, in a quiet hamlet, equipped with all 3-star comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, TV), near Dinan in Brittany and ideally placed for visiting the Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo , Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel.
Everything is accessible on the ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, lounge (with very comfortable 140x190 sofa bed)
A bedroom, a bathroom and its separate toilet. Two 80x200 single beds (can be combined - or 1 large 160x200 bed for couples), baby bed on request.
Outside: private terrace, and its garden furniture and barbecue.
Our animal friends are accepted on prior request (30 € / week)
Ideal rental for family or friends with children.
Possibility of accommodation in the establishment for 12 additional people (in other gîtes and guest rooms). Information on request
Bike rentals on site: electric bike rental €29/day or €160/week
VTC or mountain bike loan
3-seater canoe rental (2 adults + 1 child): €75 / day

"Un gîte parfait"
Un séjour idéal à tous points de vue.
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant dans un gîte individuel très bien entretenu, spacieux, super équipé, une literie parfaite, au calme et bien situé, bref, tout confort.
On peut profiter des abords privatisés et clos, un cadre idéal pour nous et notre chienne qui a adoré ses premières vacances avec nous.
Les petits-déjeuners sont parfaits, copieux et complets.
Documentation à disposition et très bons conseils des propriétaires pour découvrir la région.
Nous avons vraiment hâte d'y revenir

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, très bien situé si on veut être au calme, accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, beaucoup d'empathie de leur part, aux petits soins pour nous, nous avons passés une excellente semaine merci à recommander
