It consists :
- a large living room/living room with open kitchen,
- a 2nd living room/kitchen with table football and a convertible sofa bed.
- 3 bathrooms and separate toilets,

A large 620 m² garden with indoor heated swimming pool, billiards and pétanque court.
IMPORTANT ABOUT THE POOL, it is in winter storage from November 7, 2022 to March 9, 2023 and is therefore not accessible during this period. It is covered and heated all the rest of the year.
Bed and bath linen provided, as well as shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.
Umbrella bed available free of charge for your children on request.
All our accommodations are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries. You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay.
Cleaning is included in the rental. The cleaning costs will therefore be directly integrated into the total price displayed. A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.
Ideal for families with children (a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request).
The accommodation is also ideal for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room and a large table.
