Nesuto Newhaven Apartments offers modern self-contained accommodation, just 20 minutes’ drive Auckland International Airport. It is located in Botany town centre with it’s many restaurants.

The spacious apartments at Newhaven Nesuto feature kitchens, washing machines and a private terrace or balcony. Satellite TV and broadband internet access are available.

Facilities include a fitness centre, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area. Free secure car parking is provided.

Nesuto Newhaven is located in Botany Downs, about 15 km from Auckland CBD. An ice-skating rink, shopping centre and cinema are within walking distance.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 2 years and over stay for 30 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.

If no credit card is present at check-in for authorisation a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorisations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account.

Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.
