It is with pleasure that Laurent will welcome you in a pleasant chalet at 1300m, located in the Vallée de la Blanche with its wild and calm character, 5 minutes from the ski resort of Saint-Jean-Montclar (4 km) and 20 minutes from the Chabanon station (14 km), to enjoy the joys of winter skiing.
The capacity is 6 people.
In summer, the Serre-Ponçon lake, located 13 km away, will offer you a wide choice of water activities and for the less adventurous, long naps while waiting for aperitif time in a relaxing and wild setting.
Paragliding spot, downhill mountain biking in Montclar 5 mins away and Saint-Vincent-les-Forts 15 mins away
Mountain biking, rafting, climbing in the magnificent Ubaye valley 45 min.

The chalet with an area of 85 m² has a South / South-East exposure on the front, it has a small terrace that can accommodate garden furniture. In the shade of a Sorbier, relaxation will be at the rendezvous, with 2 deckchairs with a barbecue area.
The chalet is located in a quiet subdivision that has retained a natural aspect.

For winter evenings, relaxation will be at the rendezvous in a Nordic and cozy atmosphere thanks to the warmth of the wood stove while enjoying your "playlist" connected to a quality sound installation (Bluetooth amplifier)

I draw your attention to the fact that the chalet is located in a quiet place and that people for whom holidays are synonymous with noisy festivities cannot be accommodated here.
