Opposite the house, a path giving access to an island of more than one hectare. Nestled in lush greenery, bordered on one side by the Vern stream, on the other by the mill canal, a charming dovecote sits on the edge of a small pond.
Large living room: sofa and central fireplace.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 single bed, upper floor, private shower room / WC.
