Private poolThis beautiful ground floor apartment has a living room with TV, free wifi inside and outside, and its open equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine…).
The bedroom has a large double bed 160. The bathroom consists of a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.
Outside there is is a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the swimming pool, where you can take your meals under the shade of the vine.
You can also enjoy our large 17x5m swimming pool which is sunny all day with secure access.
A parking space is available in front of the rental as well as at the back in our private car park.
This property is located on a large wooded and quiet plot, yet so close to the medieval city of Sarlat at 600m and its lively center, its shops, its restaurants, as well as its magnificent local produce market.
