Arrivals are all year round from Friday to Sunday for rentals of 5 nights minimum in low season and 6 nights the rest of the year. Welcome by the owner.
Located in the heart of Arcachon, 3 minutes walk from the train station and the market and 5 minutes from the beach, it can accommodate 1 to 4 people (different prices - children from 6 years old) and enjoy the car-free city.
The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a very quiet residence from 1978 with caretaker. The accommodation is very bright, facing south – east.
The balcony of the main room overlooks the interior of the residence, the bedroom and bathroom on the lower part of the Mauresque Park.
A private place for a car with a height of 1.70 m is available in the underground car park. Possibility also to park for free near the accommodation.
Bike room.
Please note that pets are not accepted and smoking is only possible on the balcony.
Parties prohibited.
Distribution of the apartment:
– Small entrance hall.
– Small closed cabin area with 2 90 cm bunk beds, storage and sliding glass door leading to the entrance hall.
– Parental bedroom of 10 m² with cupboard and 160 cm bed – Shower room with window, large shower and washing machine.
– Separate toilets
– Living room with high-end Poltronesofa convertible sofa with 140 cm memory foam mattress
– Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete crockery.
– Flat screen TV, DVD player, hair dryer, iron.
– Balcony (3 m long by 1.10 m wide) with table for 2 people.

The sums paid will be fully reimbursed to customers if a traffic ban is decided by the authorities due to the health context.
Cancellation at least 30 days before the start of the rental: Refund of the deposit paid less 40 € administration fees.
Cancellation at least 14 days before the start of the rental: Restitution of half of the deposit.
Cancellation from 13 days to 7 days before the start of the rental: Withholding of the deposit.
Cancellation within 7 days of the start of the rental: Half of the rental amount refunded.
Nights not spent in the gîte after arrival will give rise to a credit note valid for 2 years.
It is possible to modify the dates of a stay no later than 14 days before the planned arrival (make a written request). However, the new stay cannot be refunded for cancellation.
