Swimming-pool Playground Hiking trailsProperty with 4 gîtes (the 3 listed here plus a studio for 2 people) on the hillsides of Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, in a very quiet and wooded environment.
Housed in part of what was an ironworker's workshop (the Gîte Forêt and the Gîte Clairière occupy the other side of the building), the accommodation has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), a kitchen equipped (with oven and dishwasher), a bathroom with large walk-in shower (the toilets are separate).
Its pretty private garden is equipped with a dining area, a barbecue and a nap area under the cherry tree :-).
The 8x4m swimming pool and its sun loungers, in front of the gîte, are available during the summer period. It is shared with our three other gîtes.
Parking is secure (code gate at the entrance to the property) and free.
Towels and sheets are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival.
Our baby equipment/children's games are available free of charge if necessary.
Arrival only on Saturday in July/August
The village with all shops is 1.5 km away, as well as the Dordogne (fishing, beach, canoes).
We are in the heart of the main sites of Périgord Noir: Sarlat, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme are within a 10 km radius.
You will need a few more kilometers to continue with Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Le Bugue, etc.
Countless sites to visit, caves, castles, gardens, typical markets and producers, restaurants with local products at more than reasonable prices, enough to occupy your vacation :-)

"Super gite"
Nous avons passés 15 jours formidable ,endroit au calme et très reposant,très propres et il manquer de rien dans le gîte. Les propriétaires tres agréable et de très bon conseils,souriante très disponible. Je vous conseille vivement cet endroit.

"Gite campagne"
Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans le gite campagne,merci à Cindy pour sa gentillesse et tous ces conseils avisés,gite très propre et description du gite exacte ,pas de mauvaises surprises. Bien situé pour visiter pas mal d'endroits.

"superbe !"
Un très beau gîte campagne où rien ne manquait, un havre de paix, des propriétaires souriants et aux petits soins avec un accueil motards. superbe piscine, à 10 kms de Sarlat, en plein Périgord Noir. Nous avons adoré !
