Boasting an outdoor pool and fitness centre, Medhufushi Island Resort offers rustic villas that open out to sweeping lagoon views. It features 2 dining options and a spa.

Maldivian-style open concept villas feature private sun decks and open air rain showers. It includes a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player.

Guests can indulge with a range of body treatments at Medhufushi Spa. Numerous water sports are available at Resort Medhufushi, including snorkelling, canoeing and windsurfing. Diving classes are provided.

Beautiful sunset views accompany a variety of beverages and dishes at Alfresco while Malafaiy offers buffet spreads by the pool. Light refreshments are available at the over-lagoon Vilu Bar.

Medhufushi Island Resort is a 40-minute seaplane ride from Male International Airport, which can be arranged by the resort.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 2 and over stay for 121 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
The property can be reached by a shared speedboat and a shared seaplane.

Shared Speedboat Transfers:
From November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025, the charges are as follows:
- Adult (12 years and above): USD 210 per person
- Child (below 11.99): USD 105 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally.

From November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026, the charges are as follows:
- Adult (12 years and above): USD 220 per person
- Child (below 11.99): USD 110 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally.

Shared seaplane Transfers:
From November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025, the charges are as follows:
- Adult (12 years and above): USD 478 per person
- Child (below 11.99): USD 300 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally.

From November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026, the charges are as follows:
- Adult (12 years and above): USD 484 per person
- Child (below 11.99): USD 305 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally.

Speedboat transfer will be provided by a third-party service provider, and it will be combined. Transfer duration: 02 hours and 30 minutes (subject to change based on weather and sea conditions)

• Operating Hours: 06:00–16:00
• Cut-off time for arrivals: International flights arrivals up to 16:00
• Maximum waiting time at the Airport: up to the last guest arrival for the day
• Time cut off to accept bookings: 72 hours (booking should be made 72 hours prior to arrival to guarantee the transfer)
• For any reason, if a service provider fails to transfer guests, Medhufushi Island Resort would not be responsible for lost nights and/or overnight accommodations in Male’s International Airport or any other place. In case of a delayed international flight arrival to the Maldives, it’s the guest’s responsibility to talk to their international airline for a refund and/or cover it from travel insurance.

Standard Transfer Time: Seaplanes are operated only between 7:00–15:30.

Please share your flight details with the property at least 3 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer.

Please note, if the resort is not able to get a transfer, guests will have to stay overnight in Male at their own cost.

GENERAL POLICIES: Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making the payment at the hotel. Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.

Children under 2 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal plan, accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages.
