The Mas du Grand Saint Julien, north of Apt, in the town of Rustrel, is located in the heart of a 40-hectare estate of vines and lavender.

Old 18th century farmhouse, carefully renovated in a wooded park planted with Provençal species, it invites you to relax by the heated swimming pool (6 x 12 m) or on the large partially shaded terrace.

The house, very bright, has kept the charm of the old farmhouses of Provence and their freshness in summer thanks to 60cm thick walls (natural air conditioning).

Living area = 200 m2. Unfenced garden of 2000 m2.

Tourist and sports activities in the immediate vicinity (hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, paragliding...).
The village of Rustrel is 2 km away (bakery, grocery, tobacco...). Apt and supermarkets at 7 Km.

Available all year round for 2 to 12 people.
