The Manor can be booked as follows
- in July/August: configured for 12 people (5 bedrooms)
- in May/June: for 12 or 8 people
- in low season (September/October): only for 8 people, a smaller configuration.
All rooms are on the 1st floor (the upper floor is closed). This specific configuration is called "Le Petit Manoir".

Private parking (outside the property but next to the main gate) provides parking for 6 cars.
In 2023, it will be possible to recharge your electric car in the private parking lot. This operation will be chargeable. Ask when you make your reservation.
The gardens are large and feature a beautiful lawn, an ideal haven for safe play.
There is a heated outdoor swimming pool (May-September) (access secured by a gate): 9x4 meters. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available. Please bring your own bath towels.
A hot tub is available.

Each house has a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, personalized bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet, barbecue grill and an outdoor seating area for “al fresco” meals.

Terms in case of cancellation
A 25% deposit will be paid at the time of booking which is non-refundable. The rest of the amount due must be paid 56 days before arrival at the rental location. It will be automatically debited according to the information of the credit card used at the time of payment of the deposit.
The rest of the rental to be paid as well as the deposit (see paragraph 3 below) must be paid less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. If payment is not received by this date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the rental in writing. The customer will be responsible for paying the remaining amount of the rental unless the owner can re-let his property.
It is strongly recommended that the client take out travel insurance including cancellation and medical coverage as well as insurance for your personal effects, civil liability, etc. which are not covered by the owner's insurance.
