Manoir de la Hunaudière

Ideally located halfway between Brocéliande and Rennes, the Hunaudière gite accommodates up to 15 people. This accommodation guarantees you conviviality and privacy.

• on the ground floor :
- a large living room with a space where you can all eat together and a lounge area
- a large kitchen suitable for cooking for a group of 15 (2 refrigerators, a freezer, 5-burner hob, etc.)
- a room for 2 persons accessible to people with reduced mobility
• upstairs, 4 bedrooms. All rooms have a private bathroom (sink, shower and toilet)
• outside: a terrace with garden tables and barbecue, small green space.

Right next to the cottage, children can enjoy children's games in the municipal park, for adults there is a tennis court and table tennis table with free access.
The cottage is located on the edge of the village of the small town of Talensac. At 500 m you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, grocery store as well as pharmacy, doctors...
