In the heart of Brittany, at the crossroads of Côtes-d'Armor, Finistère and Morbihan, our magnificent Breton Manor and its adjoining guest house will seduce you.
You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, but also the infrastructure of the fully fenced area.

You will find in our property, peace and serenity.

The manor consists of 3 levels:
▪ 2nd floor: a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and WC
▪ 1st floor:
- a very large bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people (suitable for children AND adults). This bedroom leads to a second with 2 beds of 90x200
- a bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200
- WC
- Bathroom with bathtub
- and a walkway leading to the sports hall
▪ on the ground floor: kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove (wood available free of charge on request) and large sofa, WC, heated swimming pool (with shower).
You can also relax around billiards or table football.

The guest house (second part of the manor and adjoining it):
▪ 1st floor: one bedroom with 1 140x200 bed
▪ ground floor:
- a bedroom with 1 140x200 bed
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a living room with kitchen

The large 10 x 4 m swimming pool is inside the house and is heated all year round. It is completely secure. It is surrounded by bay windows with sliding doors, allowing you to enjoy the terraces and sun loungers.
It also benefits from a solarium part, a shower and WC.
An aquabike and water games will be at your disposal.

You will find outside a barbecue, a swing ("old fashioned"!), A trampoline, a ping-pong table and a bowling green.

The woods (also private) are obviously at your disposal. Maybe you will have the chance to see the animals that live there?
The manor ponds are secure and full of fish. Remember to bring your equipment!

Please let us know beforehand if you are coming with your pet, as animals are on site.
The droppings will obviously be picked up by you.

Towels will be provided and beds made upon arrival.

You can also take advantage of organic farming eggs from our farm located nearby!

You will also be asked to leave the premises in perfect working order and cleanliness.
