- NO OUTSIDE VISITORS : Outside visitor is not permitted to enter the villa to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

- NO PARTIES : Parties are NOT allowed at the premises.

- NO PETS : Pets are NOT allowed at the premises.

- QUIET HOURS : Please be informed all villas pool can be use 24hours, the"Quiet Hours" is at 2200hrs until 0800hrs to ensure tranquility of all the guest.

- LATE CHECK OUT PROCEDURE : is subject to villa availability, and additional fees will be applied.

- SMOKING POLICY : Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa indoor area (including Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroomand bathroom). We will impose a cleaning fee of RM500.00 on any guestwho violates the smoking policy. Smoking guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can do it in the villa outdoor area.

- COOKING POLICY : Cooking is strictly prohibited within the villa premises to avoid certain risks such as firehazards and potential damage to the property. We will impose RM500.00 on any guest who violates the cooking policy.

-STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT : Only children 6 years old and below can stay for free with an existing bed (EXCEPT STANDARD VILLA). These limits are for guest safety, comfort and privacy, as well as to avoid excessive wear and tear.
