Set in different locations within 5 minutes’ walk of Caleta Homes - Malagueta Beach, the bright, modern apartments offer free Wi-Fi. Apartamentos Malagueta Beach are 10 minutes’ walk from Malaga Port.

Each one features a living-dining area with sofas and a flat-screen TV. Their kitchenettes are equipped with a hob, fridge and washing machine.

A wide range of restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate area. Calle Larios, Malaga’s main shopping street, is 15 minutes’ walk from the apartments.

Malaga Cathedral and the Alcazaba are around 10 minutes’ walk away, while it is about 30 minutes’ walk to Gibralfaro Castle.

Malaga Airport can be reached in a 15-minute drive. An airport transfer is available upon request for an extra charge.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay for 6.5 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30.
Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 3, - From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 3, - From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 4, - From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 4, - After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.
Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed
and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may
apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are , € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to
prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the
type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You
should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by car, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning
services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning
every 8 nights.For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an
