Featuring European and Filipino furnishing, the luxurious rooms at Makati Diamond Residences feature 55-inch LED televisions and fully equipped kitchenettes with refrigerators, ovens, ceramic convection stoves, as well as washers and dryers. The en suite bathroom also includes separate bath and shower areas.

Guests can exercise at the 24-hour gym, TRX Studio and a 25-meter indoor lap pool or relax in the spa. The Club Lounge is an inviting space furnished with higher level of comfort and personalized concierge services. Other facilities include spacious function rooms as well as boardrooms for the convenience of business travellers.

Opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the in-house restaurant, Alfred, serves Asian and Continental cuisines matched with an extensive menu of wine and whisky collection. Guests can also enjoy other culinary delights at Baked, Pool Bar and Whisky & Cigar Bar.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.

Persons 0 and over stay for 1500 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.

Makati Diamond Residences is a multi-use hotel with the certificate of authority to operate for staycations (CAOS) and is currently accommodating guests based on the following conditions:

• Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine, such as but not limited to close contacts, repatriated OFWs, returning overseas Filipinos, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines
Health and emergency frontline services personnel who need easy access to their place of work
• Long staying guests
• Returning residents
• Other authorized persons outside residence (APORS) who require accommodation pursuant to their official function or duty
• Business Guests
• Participants in essential meetings and social events
• Leisure Guests

For non-quarantine (business and leisure) stay, guests 18 years old and above must present their proof of vaccination. Otherwise, a negative result from a swab or saliva based RT-PCR taken 48 hours before check-in must be presented. Guests below 18 are exempted from this requirement.

Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival at the hotel. Guests must provide a photo identification or passport as proof. Otherwise, guests must present a new credit card with the card holder present or may choose to pay in cash to settle the reservation charges.

Please note that for children between 6-12 years old staying in existing beds, breakfast will incur an additional charge of 50% of adult breakfast rates. Children 5 years old and below enjoy free breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
