Playground Bike pathIn a holiday residence (Résidence Sud Océan – Les Portes de l'Océan) rents T2 duplex apartment for 4/5 people 150 meters from the beach (5 min walk!)
The apartment is very central in the residence, it consists of:
- private terrace with garden furniture and parasol
- Ground floor:
* a kitchenette with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
* a shower room with sink
* Separate toilets
* living room with sofa bed sleeping 2 with flat screen TV (new BZ with DUNLOPILLO mattress - 15 cm thick)
- STAGE :
* a secure mezzanine with barrier consisting of a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) convertible into 1 double bed (by bringing them together) and a trundle bed
Possibility of travel cot on request
Amenities about 500 m from the residence (bakery, Carrefour City, bars - restaurants, laundry).
Market in Guidel on Sunday morning.
Near Lorient and the Ile de Groix, if you wish we can give you ideas for outings in the region.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday in summer.
Possibility to rent by the night (minimum 2 nights) outside the period (from October to May)
