Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a large closet, a ceiling fan and a small balcony.
Bedroom 2 has beds (90x200 cm) for 2 people. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and two sinks.
Bedroom 3, master bedroom, is very spacious. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a television, fitted wardrobes, a beautiful wood stove for a romantic winter evening and an electrically reclining double bed.
During the winter months you can heat the villa with infrared panels, a cozy wood stove and air conditioning.
Private bathroom en suite with bath, shower, toilet and double sink.
Sliding doors opening onto the large garden.
Friendly, fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a shed with firewood, an extra fridge, freezer, washing machines.
You can park your car in the double garage, although the land itself is large enough for you to do so elsewhere.
The large garden, with an area of 4,000 m², is nicely landscaped with beautiful paths and a collection of palm trees (the owner's hobby).

About 800m from the beautiful sandy beaches of Benagil and Praia do Carvalho, and a short drive from other larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha, Praia da Albandeira and Praia Centianes in Carvoeiro, the adorable fishing village with a sandy beach and many restaurants, shops and cafes.
In Benagil, located 4 minutes by car, you will find various restaurants that will delight you with their delicious fish, most of which offer a view of the ocean
