Independent house very quiet and comfortable close to countless sandy beaches of the ocean; in the heart of the famous vineyards of the Médoc (Bordeaux), its cellars and castles to visit. Located near ROYAN (8 km by ferry), the famous ÎLE D'OLERON and ÎLE DE RÉ, as well as the whole Cognac region ...
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms cabin. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a large living room and a kitchen / dining room.
The exterior is composed of 3 terraces (one of 60 m² on the roof, one of 100 m² and one of 25 m² under awning). The house has a 6-person Jacuzzi on the roof terrace with ocean views.
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 15/20 minutes walk from the city center.
Animals not accepted. (to avoid allergies to different tenants)
Sheets and towels not provided.
