Family home with independent gite in golden stone of 360m2 with large living rooms and swimming pool located near the most beautiful villages of Beaujolais (access Oingt, Theizé, Jarnioux less than 5 km) can accommodate 10 people. Ville sur Jarnioux is ideally located in the heart of Beaujolais and is only 10 minutes from Villefranche and 30 km from Lyon. The area is of Olympian calm which will not prevent you from enjoying the beautiful warm evenings of Beaujolais.

The property, built of golden stones typical of Beaujolais, is a former priory and is made up of two parts but forms a single building.

The main house consists of a large kitchen with dining area, a living/dining room with exposed stone and high ceilings, direct access to the swimming pool.

Upstairs you will find the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a child's bedroom with a baby bed, a bathroom, a large office and a shower room.
A walkway accessible from the double bedroom will give you access to a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed (an additional double mattress can also be made available).
You will also find on an upper level a double bedroom with shower room (please note that this is in the attic and not air-conditioned).
