Non smoking house.
The ground floor consists of a large living room, a modern and functional kitchen, a shower room and 1 toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, a landing, another bedroom 160x200 double bed and washbasin.
The proximity of the beach (a few minutes walk) and the tranquility of the place will participate in the serenity of your stay.
You will also have several facilities at your disposal: dishwasher, TV screen, bed linen, table and towels (non-smoking house).
You will also have a terrace equipped with a plancha for your meals on the terrace.
Rental for maximum 4 people.
We will contact you as soon as you make your reservation in order to organize us.
Saint-Michel-en-Grève is a village full of charm, where nature lovers, hiking and water sports will have an excellent stay.
School of kitesurf and paddle at the bottom of the house (100m), surf school, sailing school 3 km.
A Mickey Club is open in summer for children from 3 to 13 years old.
Village shops: newsagent, bar, restaurants, creperie, grocery store, beautician, hairdresser ...
The closest train stations are Plouaret, Trégor and Lannion. Access by car is very easy.
I will leave at disposal the documents of the activities, excursions, good addresses.
The house must be returned in perfect cleanliness, you have the option to opt for a departure cleaning fee of 50 €. Thank you for telling me a few days in advance.
In July and August, rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday.

"Superbe !"
Une vue à couper le souffle face à la mer ! Une maison propre, fonctionnelle et très bien placée pour pouvoir rayonner entre les côtes d'Armor et le Finistère. Parfait ! Les conseils d'Isabelle sur les ballades à faire, les commerces et les marchés où aller sont précieux ! Merci pour cette magnifique semaine dans cette jolie maison qui rime avec calme, sérénité et bon bol d'air breton !
