- 3 large bedrooms, 2 with 140 beds and the third with 3 90 cm beds + 1 90 cm pull out bed
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 independent WC
- 1 garage of 18 m² + washing machine

WiFi in the house

Everything you need for young children is at your disposal: travel cot with a real 60x120 mattress, baby bath, high chair, games and books for children and adults.
The beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets and pillows. Linen is not included.
Also available: blankets, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning accessories.
Possibility of cleaning fee (50 €) and linen package (40 to 60 €) in addition.

When booking, a 30% deposit is required.

In the immediate vicinity: the small family beaches of Conseil and St Sordelin (300 m) as well as the popular area of the Domaine des Fées and 700 m, you will find the beach of Pontaillac, famous for its surf spot and its casino and finally on the other side, you will be able to discover the very beautiful beaches of St Palais: Nauzan, the Platin and the Grande Côte. Cycle and pedestrian paths line the house, allowing you to do everything on foot if you wish!
Magnificent walks on the Corniche await you, by taking the Sentier des Douaniers which runs along the cliffs, you will have an admirable view of the sea, for kilometers on ... By bike, you can reach the Côte Sauvage via the Forêt de La Coubre, La Palmyre, the zoo, ...
Also from 300 m from the house, you will have access to all the services and amenities: shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, Casino, tobacco, newspapers, market, bus, Super U, dry cleaning, hairdresser, beauty salon.
