Hiking trailsI offer you a house on one level, surrounded by nature, 2 minutes from the main roads (road between Saintes and Rochefort).
It is located near a dolmen classified as a historical monument (300 m).
Many walks around the house (hiking trail in the woods).
The nearest beach is 25 min away (Fouras).
The house consists of a living room with fitted kitchen (crockery, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with storage (dressing rooms).
A desk is available in the bedroom with a double bed.
The bathroom consists of a single sink and a walk-in shower. A wardrobe and a storage column are available.
A large garage can accommodate a vehicle in winter.
Children's playbooks and toys are available.
Umbrella bed on request.
The house is heated by a wood stove (wood available) or by electric radiators (supplement for any Kwh that exceeds the daily threshold).
Outside a garden table and armchairs will be accessible (only summer period from May to September).
I will be available to present you the activities and places to discover near the house.
Reception every day from 6 p.m. on weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday to be defined together.
Sheet rental and cleaning package are available.
Hiring with the curists over 3 weeks: to contact me for the tariffs.
If small dog possibility of accommodating it with a supplement of 20 €.
The house is equipped with a travel cot, baby bath and baby high chair.

séjour idéal dans cette jolie maison. Très bon accueil de Adélaïde la propriétaire, idéalement située en campagne non loin de la cote charentaise. Propreté et grand terrain pour notre chien. Nous reviendrons c'est sure.
