Independent entrance and pretty private terrace. Garden, relaxation area and swimming pool to share with the tenants of another gîte.
In the heart of the Hérault vineyards, there are many cellars to visit in the surrounding area.
Ideal for a pleasant family vacation.
The house is located in the center of the village of Gignac (shops, transport, etc.) appreciated for its beautiful weekly market.
30 km from the pretty town of Montpellier (easy access by motorway) and 40 km from the Mediterranean beaches.
Very picturesque villages between vineyards and olive trees are nearby (Hérault Valley, Salagou Lake, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Pézenas, Saint-Maurice-de-Navacelles, etc.)
It is a region where you can go on beautiful hikes, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking.

The cottage is located on Rue Eglise des Cordeliers near the primary school. It is on the corner of Rue des Lilas a large gray gate close to the center of the village 5m walk. It is easy to park on the street for free
