On the 1st floor: a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed with bathroom area (shower and large) and separate WC.
On the ground floor, you will benefit from a very pleasant enclosed area with a grass terrace.
Garden shed for storing skis and/or bikes. Garden furniture and relaxation lounge.
Heating with a pellet stove + additional electric stove on the 1st floor, included in the price.
3-week treatment packages: from €850 to €1,400.

La Bourboule is a charming spa and climatic resort located at an altitude of 850m, where you will discover many activities: Parc Fenestre at 200m which is a magnificent wooded area of 12ha, part of which is converted into a playground for children: a real amusement park with many games such as Mini-Golf, the Far West Train, the Fenest'Tower...
Nearby you can also go to the Charlanne plateau which is crisscrossed with hiking and mountain biking trails and in winter you can go sledding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
Nearby: 10 mins away: La Tour D'Auvergne water sports centre, Mont-Dore equestrian centre and golf course, downhill skiing at Chastreix or Mont-Dore... Sancy shuttle 200m away

"Merciiiiii c’était génial"
Merci pour ce séjour. Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans et quelle super semaine! Logement tout équipés avec lit parapluie, machine à laver et lave vaisselle notamment. Super accueil dans une maison avec jardin super propre et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons où venir avec notre chienne, une berger allemand, sans soucis. La ville est vraiment jolie et beaucoup de chose à faire dans le coin, super randonnée, lacs de montagne très agréable,magnifiques cascades, parc gigantesque accessible à pieds … bref la montagne l’été c’est le bon plan en famille, surtout avec des petits.

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette charmante petite maison pour la cure de notre fille.
L'emplacement est idéale, elle est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discrets. Une adresse à recommander !

"Parfait"
Ce logement est parfait en tout point. Il est très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien situé dans la Bourboule (centre ville 2 min à pied). Le poêle dans la pièce de vie est très agréable. On y a passé un excellent séjour.
La Bourboule et ses alentours sont superbes, c'est une région qui doit être explorée. Nous y sommes allés pour faire du ski de fond en famille. L'accès aux pistes est très facile, le paysage est splendide. On reviendra!
