For information, our house is located on the same ground, without really vis-à-vis with an independent entrance.

You will find calm, security and enjoy an exceptional setting (small park) that you can use at your leisure only for walks.

You have outdoor parking, in front of the house, and also the possibility of returning your vehicle to the property.

It accommodates 6 to 7 people and offers:

• ON THE GROUND FLOOR

- LIVING ROOM: 1 sofa bed (sleeps 1 person), living room, satellite TV screen
LED, DVD player, a large wooden table with 6 chairs, 1 pouf, 1 small
table, 1 fireplace (insert) with a valet, 1 living room.

- KITCHEN: 1 ceramic hob cooker (4 hotplates), electric oven, a
refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle,
electric coffee maker, an electric fruit press, an electric grater with 4
graters, cooking utensils, a table and 2 chairs.

- BATHROOM: 1 bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a radiator dryer-
towels, a hair dryer, an ironing board with its iron.

- Separate WC;

• UPSTAIRS :
Landing with a small dressing room serving:
- a large bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed (2 people), 2 tables
bed, 1 chest of drawers, 1 chair.

- two other bedrooms (smaller) each identical bedroom with 1 double bed
140x190 (2 people), 1 bedside table, 1 chest of drawers and 1 chair.
Separate WC on the upstairs landing.

FOR INFORMATION :
Towels and washcloths as well as tea towels and cleaning products are available free of charge.
However, bed linen is not included in the rental price, you
will be asked 10 € per room.

The cottage is 4 km from BINIC, appreciated for its beaches, its heated seawater swimming pool,
its marina lined with small restaurants, its GR34 hiking trail,
of its equestrian centers as well as mountain bike trails.
You will find 1 km from the house the tree climbing adventure park as well as the ponds
and forest.
The sale at the farm in about 20 min on foot.

To finish - I would like to point out that it is forbidden to play ball in the park (flowers)
and animals are prohibited. that it is also forbidden to smoke in the house (ashtrays are available outside)
