"Les Terrasses", a cottage wonderfully located on the banks of the Loire, in the town of Ponts-de-Cé, 6 km from Angers (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
This fisherman's house welcomes you 7 months of the year.
Three rooms :
A first bedroom opening onto the terrace with a view of the Loire, 160 bed, shower room with adjoining WC and washing machine.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a view of the Loire, 160 bed.
A third bedroom with 2 single beds, an adjoining shower room with WC.
A living room with television and a dining room.
A kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, a small oven, a coffee machine, a microwave oven.
A 20 m² terrace overlooking the river, with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
Relaxation and well-being guaranteed; from the terrace you can observe a rich fauna, beautiful sunsets and take your meals.
Ideal base for visiting Angers, the castle and the Tapestries of the Apocalypse, the Jean Lurçat museum...
Located 1 km from all shops.
Many castles and exceptional sites in the region as well as attractions for children.

"Cadre superbe et reposant"
Gîte très agréable avec 2 belles chambres et une belle terrasse avec vue sur la Loire. Maison spacieuse au calme. La partie frigidaire du combiné frigidaire/congélateur est petite, mais ça allait pour y passer quelques jours à 3.
C'est appréciable d'avoir 2 salles de bains (1 à chaque niveau). Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit séjour dans une région qui mérite le détour.

"Agréable séjour au calme"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Maison très calme avec une magnifique vue.
Nous avons aussi apprécié la propreté de la maison et la bonne literie.
La cuisine n'est pas très fonctionnelle mais ça ne nous a pas gêné.
Les hôtes sont accueillants et très agréables
