Completely renovated in 2019, this 80 m2 house with its pretty garden offers all the comforts you need to spend a pleasant vacation with family or friends to the rhythm of the tides!
The assets of my vacation rental :
- Quiet location where you can do everything on foot, no need to take the car
- Private parking for 1 car, a "luxury" in the port of Cancale, especially at the height of summer.
As you enter the house, you'll go straight to the living room with its bright, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace. La petite Jeanne features a ground-floor master suite with a double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom, and two upstairs bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with 2 single beds (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and 1 basin. One of the major asset of Petite Emilie is its lovely south-east-facing garden with trees.
