We have completely renovated this house in 2018/2019 in a contemporary style while highlighting its marks of authenticity, including stone.
It is a very colorful house, bright and functional.
In front of the alley, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, arbor and barbecue and a nice view of a beautiful garden.
It is located in a very quiet alley on the heights of Montignac, 2 min walk from the city center.
It is composed, on the ground floor, of a big equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, an independent living room with sofa bed for 1 person.
Then two rooms:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds of 80x200cm
A bathroom with shower
An independent WC
