- Large heated swimming pool, with protective shutter + fence, located on independent land and not overlooked (can be privatized depending on the period, or by time slots)
- Large outdoor area of 4000 m² with large swing / large trampoline / football pitch and badminton
- Barn of 150 m² converted into a play area and for the large ping pong table and library
A place of calm and relaxation, while being at the heart of all the many and varied activities offered in Vienne.

"Magnifique endroit"
Pour un regroupement familial (23 personnes) nous avons loué tout le domaine (les 3 maisons) pour les 4 jours du week-end de l’Ascension. Les maisons sont magnifiques, décorées avec soin et pleines de charme, et très confortables. Le domaine est très vaste et propose une multitude d’activités (piscine, animaux, ping-pong, trampoline, etc etc) qui en font un vrai paradis pour les enfants et les ados. Bref, nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour et nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu.
