You will find a peaceful atmosphere with lime plastered walls, warm furniture with a touch of modernity in the carefully equipped kitchen.
A very bright space where it is good to rest.
For your comfort this house is equipped with air conditioning and to cool off you have the private heated swimming pool (8.5 x 4 m) with Roman staircase and secured by a bar cover all in a green setting.
Living room of 65 m², large screen connected television, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, large stainless steel stove…
1 bedroom with 180 cm beds, 1 master suite with 180 cm bed, bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom with Italian shower. 1 WC. Laundry.
Linens provided.
New bedding, excellent quality mattresses, firm or medium firm.
Outside, the wooden terrace adjoining the swimming pool, plancha barbecue, garden furniture and sun lounger. Land of 2000 m².
The house is located on the edge of the wine-growing village of Razac de Saussignac. All shops are less than 5 minutes by car.
Many farmers' markets in the surrounding bastides.
Close to Bergerac, Saint Emilion, Issigeac, Eymet, Duras, Sainte Foy la Grande

"Merveilleux séjour"
Nous avons profité de 15 jours de détente dans ce magnifique écrin de verdure. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée est top, enfants comme adultes nous avons profité!

"Home from home"
For us this is a perfect "home from home" with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Sigrid and Jean-Paul are so friendly and helpful and we love their spacious, extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable holiday property with its heated pool, terrace and beautiful garden. Located in a small hamlet near to so many facilities. Close by are hypermarkets, fantastic restaurants, picturesque medieval villages and towns with their wonderful markets, chateaux and vineyards/wineries. Great activities nearby are kayaking the Dordogne, Accrobranche Park (tree top adventure park) and golf. La Maison des Pinquettes is also very convenient for Bergerac airport, although we drive down via le tunnel. Thoroughly recommend.

"Superbe séjour"
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Sigrid et Jean-Paul. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer de très bonnes vacances: maison spacieuse, jardin très bien entretenu et joliment fleuri, endroit est très calme. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. Nous nous sommes régalés!
Les propriétaires sont aussi de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.

Je tiens d'abord à relever l'accueil sympathique et chaleureux de Sigrid, la propriétaire. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Bref tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.

"Vacances de rêve."
Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances dans un cadre propice à la détente ; la maison est spatieuse, bien équipée, les literies sont confortables.
L'extérieur de la maison est idéale pour les vacances avec sa grande piscine chauffée au pieds de la terrasse, les barbecues ont été un moment de fête.
Merci beaucoup à Sigrid pour son hospitalité et ses bons conseils pour les visites.

"Charmante maison"
Ce fut un séjour fabuleux dans cette agréable maison tout confort, le lieu est cosy, très propre, bien décoré. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, c'était parfait pour se reposer et se détendre.
L'accueil était chaleureux.

"Great holiday home for a family holiday"
For us this property was ideal, the location on the outskirts of a little village right in the heart of the vineyards of the area but with a short drive of 6 mins to the hypermarket for all our grocery or further needs, alternatively there are the many markets in the villages and towns of the area, there was one for every day of the week with beautiful produce. Sigrid was an excellent host and gave us tips for places to visit, eat and buy wine and we went to them all and would do them all again. We had a fantastic family holiday with perfect weather.
