Le gîte des Goémoniers is a family home located in the small market town of Pouldouran, on the shore of an arm of the sea.
The house has on the ground floor a dining room with open fitted kitchen, a veranda and a flowered courtyard of 50 m² where it is good to rest out of sight.
The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy living room that invites reading. A staircase leads to a last large bedroom under the eaves and its bathroom.

Our house is ideal for a stay with family or friends who wish to both stay in a village where shops (bread store, summer market, food truck, bar-tabac) and hiking trails are within walking distance from the house, enjoy nearby beaches and radiate in a region where a multitude of remarkable sites are accessible within 30 minutes by car: within the Wild Peninsula 12 km from the magnificent beaches of Plougrescant, 5 km from the medieval city of Tréguier , 15 km from Paimpol and the pier of Île de Bréhat, not forgetting the Sillon du Talbert and the Pink Granite Coast within 20 km.
20 meters from the house, after a wooden walkway, access to the banks of the Jaudy (playground, fitness trail, etc.)
