Privileged location to enjoy Sablaise life, for beach holidays, located 30 m from the port/: and 200 m from the large embankment beach close to everything, in the heart of the historic Passage district, in a street one-way. Leave your car and do everything on foot!
On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, an ultra-comfortable "FLETCHER" convertible sofa for regular use with 1 solid and quick-to-install mechanism (14 cm thick mattress). thickness 140x190 in memory foam), 1 armchair + 1 pouf, 1 coffee table, a wardrobe and a separate toilet with washbasin.
In flexible, a new fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer), small electro (coffee maker, toaster, kettle) and for meals a table and 4 chairs .

"Excellent sejour"
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette coquette maison, située au port et tout proche de la grande plage. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. La maison est joliment décorée. La cuisine est spacieuse. La chambre située à l'étage est lumineuse avec une literie de qualité. La salle de bain attenante est dotée d'une douche a l'italienne. Cette maison est idéale pour un couple.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter des vacances sans reprendre sa voiture, la plage de sable fin à 200 m, le port et ses restaurants à 25 m, les rues piétonnes pour se promener et faire du shopping au bout de la rue, sans oublier le marché des halles couvert ouvert toute l'année.
À découvrir la Chaume, quartier typique des Sables d'Olonne en prenant le passeur en bateau, le quai d'embarquement est situé à 50 mètres de la maison. Et tellement d'autres points de visite, sportif ou culturel, à découvrir dans notre belle ville des SABLES D'OLONNE
