At the gates of the Cévennes Ardéchoises national park, in a small village of character located near Les Vans, very beautiful stone house built in 2010.
Calm and tranquility assured thanks to its isolated geographical location since the house is independent and has a magnificent unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley.
The house has a private swimming pool of 4 x 8 m reserved for the exclusive use of the rental.

The construction includes:
• on the ground floor:
- a large L-shaped room: integrated and equipped kitchen, living room with corner sofa and TV, living room with direct access to a tiled terrace of approximately 70 m² on one side and the garden on the other
- laundry
- separate WC
• upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms (2 with a 140 cm bed and one with 2 90 cm beds)
- bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks
- separate WC

Our rental is fully equipped: oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, TV, gas barbecue, 2 garden furniture (one on the terrace and the other under a pergola in the garden), 6 sun loungers, a children's cabin, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 3 fans, baby equipment (travel cot and high chair)

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in season and for a minimum duration of 3 days in the month of May
