The owner invites you to her spacious birthplace, classified 3 stars, located at the end of a small cul-de-sac in a quiet area of the village. The recent renovation has kept the charm of the old with all modern comforts.
You will benefit from 130 m²: a large entrance opening onto the living room and a large dining room (12 seats) opening onto the terrace, kitchen, toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 7 beds (plus travel cot and 2 convertible sofas on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms (with walk-in shower), office area with LiveBox on fiber (Wifi), TNT flat screen TV,… the house is naturally cool but 2 rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, an enclosed garden with no direct neighbors and a terrace with pergola housing a table, chairs and armchairs where you can have your meals and enjoy the barbecue with your family. A 2nd terrace at the bottom of the garden, separated by a screen of greenery, is reserved for a 2nd gîte, the RASSIER house, Gîte Vélo.
Laundry room with washing machine and large sink, 2 free parking spaces in the cul-de-sac (electric charging station), independent entrance with key box.
Welcome by the host, in case of absence telephone contact to indicate the accommodation amenities.

"Bon séjour à Ste Eulalie"
Bien belle maison dans un village pittoresque. Ancienne demeure familiale rénovée avec goût et très bien équipée. On profite aussi d'un jardin ombragé et agréable où l'on entend beaucoup d'oiseaux. La région est très belle et il y fait bon (belles randonnées en vélo).
Un grand merci à Alain pour son accueil et ses bons conseils durant notre séjour.

"Très beau séjour"
Je viens de passer un agréable séjour dans une maison familiale, à Sainte-Eulalie.
Si le cadre du village est sympathique, très bien entretenu, le gîte est quant à lui un havre de paix et de silence - but recherché - mais également de fraîcheur.
Je remercie de tout cœur Marie et Alain pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse, ainsi que pour nos discussions très intéressantes.
Pour tout dire merci pour tout, sachant que je souhaite revenir dans ce petit nid douillet en 2025.
Je leur adresse mes amitiés et bon courage pour la suite.
(Ayant vécu une semaine dans cette maison, je me sens dans l'obligation de noter ce séjour pour les 6 critères 10/10, tant la prestation était parfaite)
