Cancellation 1 month before arrival: 50% refund or credit next year

The owner reserves the right to refuse access to the apartment to any person not included in the number of residents provided for in the contract.

Autumn / Winter heating package: 20 € by week
Optional package for end of stay cleaning: 50 €.
If the cleaning fee has not been taken, on his departure the tenant agrees to make the apartment as clean as what he found on his arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged to the security deposit (€ 50 for cleaning not done or incomplete)
The cleaning of the kitchen area is the responsibility of the tenant

Guarantee deposit 500 € cash or by check on the day of rental.
The security deposit will be returned, after all the verification of the use of the accommodation (household appliances, air conditioning, etc.), within one week after the day of departure.
