Holiday home in the north of the island of Noirmoutier, in the Herbaudière district, a typical fishing district belonging to the commune of Noirmoutier en l'île.
Located in a residence just 600 m from Linière beach, 300 m from the port with restaurants and small local shops and a few meters from the bus stop running free of charge to the town center of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île in high season, you can do everything on foot during your stay.
The rental consists of:
• on the ground floor of a living room with living room/lounge and brand new fitted kitchen area equipped with induction hobs, a 2-door fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate toilet
• upstairs: a bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with 1 bed 140
• outside: you will enjoy a courtyard with terrace equipped with garden furniture, electric plancha, sun loungers, garden shed, a bicycle rack and a private parking space.
A booster seat, travel cot and high chair can be made available to you.
