The Vigneau gîtes are a group of two independent gîtes located at the foot of Cap Blanc-Nez, 700 meters from the beach.
These south-facing family gîtes can accommodate up to 8 people maximum each.

With an interior surface area of 115 m², they offer 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with WC.

Enjoy an air-conditioned gîte, fully equipped with new construction offering all the services of a hotel.

Interior spaces:
Bedroom 1, 2 people: bedroom on the ground floor, with 160 cm hotel quality bed. Flat screen TV, storage space, bathroom on the ground floor with WC and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2, 3 people: bedroom on the 1st floor, with 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm hotel quality bed. Flat screen TV, storage space, private bathroom with bathtub and WC. Air-conditioned room.
Room 3, 3 people: room on the 1st floor, with 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm hotel quality sofa bed. Flat screen TV, storage space, private bathroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioned room.

Kitchen: fully equipped open kitchen including fridge-freezer, fan oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, etc.

Living-dining room: large living room, very bright with two bay windows overlooking the garden. Beautiful living room with flat screen TV, and table for 8 guests.

Laundry room: laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and storage.

Private outdoor spaces:
Terrace: private terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture, barbecue, sun lounger and parasol.
Garden: private garden of 150 m² with direct access to the children's play area.
Parking: 2 private parking spaces with direct access to the gîtes.

Common areas:
SPA: Possibility of enjoying well-being massages on request and at an additional cost.
Fitness room: access to the 80 m² fitness room equipped with 2 treadmills, 1 rower, 3 different types of bikes as well as various weight machines.
Children's play area: direct access from the gîte's garden to the hotel's large 1000 m² park with children's play area and two bowling alleys.

Beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and kitchen towels are provided.
The hotel reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. for any assistance or requests for information.

Access to the wellness area is authorized from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for children under 14 years old.
Access to the wellness area is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The wellness area is a common space and cannot be privatized under any circumstances.
