You will find in the basement a garage for 2 cars, a laundry room with washing machine, a sink cabinet with sink, a pantry (3 chairs, 2 Chilean and 1 large crank parasol for the summer)
The garage door, gate and gate are electric.

On the 1st floor a new fitted kitchen with many cabinets, sink 2 bowls, an electric oven, four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge freezer, a coffee maker, vacuum.
From the kitchen is accessed through a door to a covered porch that can have lunch outside.
Opposite the kitchen is a dining room with a TV, a sofa bed, a dresser and a dining room table for 8 people.

The dining room is accessed by a 2nd floor renovated and associated oak staircase with stainless steel.

On the 2nd floor there is a mezzanine overlooking the entire dining room and in front a covered terrace closed with aluminum windows around its perimeter.
Very nice in the spring with the first rays of sun more dominant views.
The mezzanine has a 2 seater sofa and 2 rattan armchairs with their cushion over a coffee table with four small stools.
This loft also has a large closet.
Always on the 2nd floor, a third very spacious (over 16 sqm) with a 140-bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a cot 140 x 60 and desks.
Adjacent to this room is a fourth children's room with two beds of 90, dresser and two nightstands.
All the floors except the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are solid oak sanded and glazed.
This house is fully insulated from the outside.
