Rent family house of 95 m² with large garden, quiet, in the heart of purple Périgord, ideally located for visiting our beautiful region.

The house can accommodate 8 people.
The accommodation is located on the first floor (the ground floor being the garage). It is accessible via the outside stairs or via the garage for people with walking difficulties (presence of a stairlift seat)

It consists of:
- 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed each. The third bedroom consists of 1 bunk bed with 1 trundle bed (in total 3 single beds) and 1 extra bed can be added
- a fully equipped independent kitchen (vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, kitchen utensils)
- a bright and air-conditioned living-dining room with a large balcony (garden furniture and deckchair)
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate toilets
- WIFI connection
- washing machine
- private garden (you are alone on the property) with garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue, games for children (swing, baby swing, small slide, trampoline, etc.)

The house is non-smoking (for smokers possibility of smoking on the balcony).
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
Children of all ages are welcome. All baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request (baby bed, high chair, changing mat, bath, deckchair)
Our animal friends are also welcome.

Possibility to rent bathroom linen for an additional €20
The end of stay cleaning package is also available for an additional €60.

30 min from Le Bugue where you will find many activities (typical Bournat village, aquarium, prehistoric labyrinth, tree climbing, etc.)
45 minutes from the pretty town of Sarlat
45 minutes from Les Eyzies and its man from Cromagnon
You will also be close to many castles, caves, bastides, markets...
You can also go canoeing on the Dordogne or the Vézère, taste our local products...
