Located 45 minutes from the sea, near the scrublands. House with 5 bedrooms (18 to 25 m²) all air-conditioned, 2 with balcony and table with chairs, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 WCs, washing machine.
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, beer pump, American fridge freezer, 30 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and tubular swimming pool (in the absence of prefectural decree governing the use of water). Ideal center visit (village located 1 hour from Carcassonne, 35 minutes from Perpignan, 40 minutes from Narbonne, 1 hour from the Spanish border (fuel and food shopping at bargain prices). Multiple activities (bike rentals, paragliding, quads...) and restaurants nearby. Village with shops (grocery store with local products, butcher, bread store.
