Bike pathA supervised ocean-side beach at 350m away ! This 45m² dual-aspect house offers ground-level access and a north-south exposure, with two private, enclosed gardens, not overlooked. Access is available at the end of the residence via a cul-de-sac parking lot. A very quiet and smart place!
• On the ground floor : a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet, and a pantry.
• Upstairs, on the mezzanine: two single beds, and a TV and games area.
The house has Wi-Fi access, a washing machine (clothespins, an outdoor drying rack or a tancarville dryer provided), a dishwasher (products provided), a television, a DVD player, a mini stereo system with Bluetooth, radio, CD, USB, and AUX, complete kitchen equipment, and garden furniture (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, and two deckchairs). Household products are provided.
Parking is available within the residence.
Bike paths are available right outside the residence. There are many on the island. Numerous bike rental options are available nearby (the closest is in Dolus). Large national forests, beaches as far as the eye can see!
Nautical club 800 m away, Dolus-d'Oléron and all shops 2.5 km away. La Cotinière 3 km away. Saint Pierre 5 km away.

"Idéal séjour de vacances"
Une maison confortable, bien équipée, tout près de la plage et des pistes cyclables pour découvrir l'île à vélo ou se rendre dans les marchés colorés des alentours. Les propriétaires ont à cœur de mettre à disposition les renseignements nécessaires à la découverte de l'île et de réserver aux locataires un accueil chaleureux. Un séjour de vacances idéal que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et dont nous redemandons!
