The house is located in the heart of this typical village, close to restaurants and shops, in a very quiet street.
You can discover the magnificent beach of Audresselles and the many hiking trails that start from the village.
Take advantage of your stay to discover Cap Gris-Nez less than 7 km away.
In the heart of the Terre des Deux Caps, just next to Ambleteuse, between Wimereux and Wissant, Audresselles offers unspoilt nature for an invigorating and exotic stay.
The house consists of:
• on the 1st floor:
- an entrance hall
- a large living room with lounge, dining room and open fitted kitchen (35 m²) (large bay window facing south)
- bathroom with shower and basin
- separate WC
- a large south-facing terrace (15 m²)
• 2nd Floor :
- bedroom 1: 12 m² - 1 double bed 160 cm
- bedroom 2: 12 m² - 1 double bed 160 cm
- bedroom 3: 9 m² - 2 times 2 bunk beds (4 places - 55 kg max / children under 15 years old)

"Gîte central, très agréable"
Nous avons séjourné à 5 adultes dans ce gîte très confortable. Grand point positif : il est situé au centre du village. La literie est très confortable. Une visite "Chez Mimi" s'impose ;-)

"logement charmant"
logement très agréable, fonctionnel et très lumineux. Nous avons apprécié, les espaces extérieurs, terrasse et jardin, ainsi que la proximité de la plage. Propriétaires disponibles et accueillants. Enfin bravo pour la déco... ca donne envie de revenir...

"Super séjour dans une jolie petite maison à la mer"
Nous avons passé un séjour juste top dans cette petite maison décorée avec goût.
Celle-ci est très fonctionnelle, dotée d'une agréable terrasse ensoleillée du matin jusqu'en début de soirée, d'un petit jardin pour y faire des barbecues, des restaurants et commerces tout proches et une literie bien confortable. Que dire de plus?
La description est conforme à la maison, aucun bémol !
Pour terminer, les propriétaires sont facilement accessibles pour tout renseignement.

"Superbe séjour dans une maison agréable proche mer"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison qui possède de nombreux atouts : terrasse et jardin ensoleillés du matin au soir, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces, équipements/livres/jeux pour enfants.. et une literie très confortable. Nous y reviendrons !
