Not far from the beach, near the Arcachon basin, the holiday home is located in a residential area on a private, fenced property, in a quiet area, near the town centre.
We have studied and designed this new single-storey house, full of charm, to offer you a dream vacation. The smallest details have been the subject of great attention. A modern decoration will amaze you.
A welcome gift will be offered to you upon arrival as well as refreshments.
A calm environment will be conducive to bringing you relaxation and well-being.
The barbecue nearby, not forgetting the deckchairs… a real holiday!
You will be charmed by the riches of our region: gastronomy, architecture, relaxation, hiking, beaches and the Dune du Pyla
Rent a 45 m² house with garden and air conditioning inside, everything is new including bedding and furniture.
- kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishes and plates (everything is new)
- a bedroom with dressing room (140 cm bed)
- living room with TV and new BZ (140 bed with sheets, duvets and duvet cover and new pillows)
- bathroom with WC, Italian shower, washing machine
- mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds, new bedding (new duvet cover, duvet sheet and pillows)
- garden furniture with wooden terrace, barbecue, clothes horse and a small communal area with summer lounge and jacuzzi
Everything has been designed for your comfort and well-being.
The house is fenced with a gate, located in the city center of Gujan, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
A few minutes from Arcachon, the beach and the Pyla dune
When booking, a 30% deposit will be requested, as well as the cleaning fee, a security deposit check on arrival.
The reservation is effective upon receipt of the contract

"Super séjour"
Nous avons passé un séjour d 'une semaine très agréable dans cette petite maison très cosy et très propre où tout est pensé, rien ne manque. Un emplacement extra pour visiter le bassin d 'Arcachon à vélo ou en voiture. Séverine et Jean Claude sont très sympathiques et nous ont très gentiment accueilli avec une des spécialités du coin. Le plus est d'avoir des vélos à louer sur place. Dommage pour le spa la température extèrieure était un peu fraiche mais ça doit être très sympa quand il fait chaud pour se détendre après une bonne journée de visite. Je recommande vivement ce chouette gite. Encore merci pour tout.

"Extra !"
Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans ce gîte très agréable, dans un lieu très calme. En vélo, proche des commerces, pistes cyclables, ports, gare... Très bien situé pour rayonner dans le bassin d'Arcachon.
La propreté est irréprochable. Merci à notre hôtesse, attentive et disponible.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, la maison est vraiment jolie, fonctionnelle et surtout très PROPRE.
